This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Staxless product and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. General Principles

You must use the Staxless product in a manner that is lawful and in accordance with your license agreement. You are responsible for how you use and deploy the code.

2. Permitted Uses

  • Use the code to build unlimited personal and business projects
  • Modify the source code for your own use
  • Deploy the code to any hosting provider of your choice
  • Use the code in client projects (but not resell or redistribute the source code itself)

3. Prohibited Uses

Redistribution

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Staxless source code in any form
  • Share your private GitHub repository access with anyone who has not purchased a license
  • Publish the source code (or substantial portions of it) in public repositories
  • Create a competing boilerplate or starter kit product derived from the Staxless code

Illegal Activities

  • Any illegal activities or to facilitate illegal activities
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
  • Building applications that promote violence or illegal activities

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Violations may result in:

  • Warning or notice of violation
  • Revocation of your license and repository access
  • Legal action where appropriate

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
