Staxless is a digital code product — a microservices SaaS boilerplate sold as a one-time purchase. Upon purchase, you receive access to a private GitHub repository containing the source code, CLI tool, documentation, and related materials.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Staxless source code for your personal and business projects.
Staxless is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges.
You agree to use the product only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The Staxless source code, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the code, not ownership of the intellectual property itself.
We may revoke your license and repository access if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to redistributing the source code or sharing access with non-purchasers. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach of Terms.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CODE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
We provide email support on a best-effort basis. Support is limited to guidance on using the product as documented and does not include custom development, debugging your specific application, or guaranteed response times.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
